AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Melissa C. Adams, 47, Auburn, operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 22, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed; also charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and license suspended 90 days.

Tina L. Ahlquist, 37, Norridgewock, cultivating marijuana on Oct. 1, 2004, dismissed.

Christopher Andrea, 19, Waterville, operating under the influence on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Wendi L. Arnold, 42, Auburn, terrorizing on May 25, 2005, filed, fined $100; also charged with violating condition of release, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal trespass on July 9, all charges dismissed.

Wilson W. Arroyo, 42, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, and violating condition of release on April 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and violation of condition of release on June 5, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer or forgery on June 22, all charges dismissed; and burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 23, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison; second charge dismissed.

Bobbie Jo Asbury, 45, Auburn, theft by deception and misuse of identification on Nov. 30, both charges dismissed.

Henry G. Baker, 41, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on April 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

William H. Baltrus, 42, Livermore, cultivating marijuana and criminal forfeiture of property on Oct. 1, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge forfeited.

Adam C. Barter, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 3, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Stephanie Bell, 31, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 1, found guilty, fined $500.

Susan Bellmore, 38, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 12, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to two days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Joseph James Benfante, 24, Harmony, probation violation on a Sept. 24, 2002 attempting to commit a class A crime, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Shaun M. Bennett, 24, South Paris, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary on June 23, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended, four years probation and ordered to pay $4,225.79 restitution for each on second and third charges.

Shaun M. Bennett, 24, Mechanic Falls, three counts of burglary on June 22, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison for each charge.
