Auburn man appears on "Jeopardy!"

Thom Page and his wife, Betsy McGrail, of Auburn react after Page gave the wrong answer to a “Jeopardy!” question during a get-together for family and friends at Pedro O’Hara’s in Lewiston on Thursday evening. Page, a doctor at Central Maine Medical Center, appeared on “Jeopardy!” after trying out online every year since his older sister got on the quiz show in 2012. Page and his wife flew to California in April for his “Jeopardy!” appearance. But he could not reveal how he did until the show aired Thursday. Page came in second place as 100 or so of his friends cheered him on Thursday evening.
