Barbara L. Curtis Juskewitch


LEWISTON – Barbara L. Curtis Juskewitch, 76, of Lewiston, formerly of Mexico, died unexpectedly Tuesday,, Jan. 23, at her home on Ash Street.

She was born in Portland, Feb. 10, 1930, to Forrest M. Curtis and Florence B. Theriault Rising.

She was a devoted Jehovah Witness for about 30 years. She was a homemaker most of her life and also cleaned offices until her retirement. She liked to shop, read books and spend time with family and friends. She will be deeply and truly missed.

Surviving are two sons, Kevin Juskewitch of Lewiston and Timothy Juskewitch of New Hampshire; three daughters, Sandra Juskewitch of Lewiston, Nancy Juskewitch of New Auburn and Linda Butcher, and husband, Kevin, of New Port Richey, Fla.; two sisters, Carmen Curtis Conley of Waterville and Norma Curtis Goddard of Auburn; one half-brother, Carl Rising of Worcester, Mass.; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two babies; and her parents.
