FARMINGTON — The date for the Planning Board to meet at the proposed construction site of Riverview Condos has been changed.
The board and others who are interested will gather at 9 a.m. Friday, May 27, at 223 Main St. to review the site application, walk around the property and hold a public hearing before making a decision on the application.
William Marceau brought the plan before the board Monday night when a date was set for the walk over, but according to the town ordinance, there needs to be 15 days between the meeting and public hearing for notification purposes. The date was changed to May 27.
The building proposed to house five, two-bedroom condominiums was planned for the back part of the lot housing Marceau’s Foothills Management and Development on Main Street. The nearly half-acre lot runs from Main Street to Front Street.
