PARIS – The Ladies Circle, First Congregational Church, will sponsor a baked bean supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 27. Menu will include baked beans, casseroles, salads, hot dogs, brown bread, homemade rolls and homemade pies. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Future supper are planned for Aug. 31 and Sept. 21.
Craft fair, sale
PARIS – A craft fair and white elephant sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 28, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, South Paris.
The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church white elephant sale will include household goods, books, toys and plants. The craft section will offer a variety of goods from area crafters.
Shoppers can purchase light lunches, homemade pies and other baked goods, beans, and sandwiches. The money raised is used for the church’s scholarship fund.
PARIS – Back To School Safety Day and Open House will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, at the Oxford Hills Children’s House, South Paris. There will be a child seat safety check, tours of emergency vehicles and school buses, raffle for children and adult gift basket raffle.
