LEWISTON – Vacation Bible School will be held Sunday through Friday, July 8 to 13, at Thomas Memorial Baptist Church, 62 Strawberry Ave. Children, ages 4 through sixth-graders, will learn to become heroes on and off the field with Game Day Central.

AUBURN – Expectant women and breastfeeding mothers are all invited to the La Leche League meeting to be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, at 102 Bennett Ave. Babies are always welcome.
This month’s discussion titled, “Breastfeeding:, Avoiding and Overcoming Difficulties,” will focus on concerns about preparing to nurse the baby at birth and adjusting to babies’ changing needs.

Chorale to rehearse
AUBURN – The Androscoggin Chorale will hold an open rehearsal, under the direction of John Corrie, at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at the Unitarian Universalist Church for anyone interested in considering auditioning.
