Autism awareness

FARMINGTON — In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, Project Educate will host a free ice cream social (Rice and Soy Dream also available) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at the University of Maine at Farmington Olsen Student Center. The event will feature magician and balloon artist Scot Grassette.

Choir concert

LIVERMORE — The Tri-Town Ecumenical Choir will present a concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at the North Livermore Baptist Church.

Public supper

WILTON — There will be a public supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at the Harland M. Harnden Masonic Hall. The menu will include baked ham, mashed potatoes, vegetables, rolls, dessert and beverages.

Benefit event

AVON — A benefit dance and auction for Donny (Budman) Fournier will be held at the Avon Town Hall. Fournier was a 38-year-old father of two young girls who passed away on April 25.

The dance, with Dreaming Big, will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, April 16. Cost is $6 each person.

The auction will take place on Saturday, April 17. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Proceeds from the events will benefit Fournier’s children.
