LISBON — The Lisbon High School guidance office will sponsor a College Readiness Night for junior students and their parents at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, in the high school library.

AUBURN — April vacation Bible School will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday, April 19 to 23, at Court Street Baptist Church. There will be crafts, snacks, games, storytelling and songs. The program is free and open to preschool age to youth. For more information, call 784-6661.

AUBURN — Expectant women and breastfeeding mothers are invited to the La Leche League meeting to be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, at 102 Bennett Ave. Babies are welcome. The discussion will focus on “Breastfeeding: The Mother-Baby Relationship and the Weaning Process.”
All concerns about breastfeeding are welcome for discussion. For breastfeeding help or directions to the meeting, call the La Leche League leader at 782-6645.
LEWISTON– Youths age 7 to 14 will have a chance to make their own “stepping stone” and discover how bricks were made in Lewiston-Auburn during Museum L-A’s upcoming April school vacation program from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21.
In the hands-on portion of the program, youngsters will make a stepping-stone brick using some clay from Morin Brick in Auburn, the Twin Cities only remaining brick manufacturer. The program will also feature a brick-related game.

LEWISTON — Trinity Catholic School is offering a piece of history to alumni of St. Joseph’s School, St Peter’s/Sacred Heart and Trinity Catholic School. Eighth-grade class banners are available, first-come, first-served, for the following years:
St. Joseph’s, 1979 to 1983, 1987 to 1995, 2000, 2002 to 2003 and 2005; St Peter’s/Sacred Heart, 2002, 2003 to 2004 and 2006; Trinity Catholic School, 2006 to 2007.
