FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Children’s Task Force will offer “1, 2, 3, Magic,” a step-by-step approach that offers concrete solutions to encourage positive behavior, independence and self esteem as well as manage difficult behavior in children ages 2 to12.

RANGELEY — A ladies/community breakfast, with everyone invited, will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, at the Rangeley Lakes Bed and Breakfast on Main Street.
