HARRISON — Harrison VFW Post 9328 Ladies Auxiliary will not be having a breakfast on Sunday, May 8. While a breakfast is usually held on the second Sunday of each month, this month’s breakfast was moved to May 1 so as not to conflict with Mothers’ Day. The Post’s next Sunday breakfast will be June 12.
PARIS — Rev. Anita White will be the worship leader Sunday, May 8, at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., South Paris. Her sermon topic at the 10 a.m. service will be “Fascinating Food Facts.” The music will be directed by Forest Perkins, church organist, and the Sunday School will be lead by Renee Wales. The Coffee Hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall. Everyone is welcome.
