Seniors 55 years and up can choose the Saturday class from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. or the Tuesday class from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. For members, each six week session is $18 for members or $4 for the drop in rate; for nonmembers, the session is $30 or $6 for the drop in rate. Participants can choose one or both sessions.

Chair yoga is a way to practice yoga while seated in a chair or using the chair for added balance. Seniors can do versions of stretches, forward bends and mild backbends to improve their muscle tone, provide greater flexibility, relieve tight muscles from tension or even improve breathing and circulation. For an added bonus, the Saturday class on Feb. 25 is free.
