Canadian folk coming to campus


BRUNSWICK – Tanglefoot, a Canadian folk band best known for big vocal harmonies, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, at Kresge Auditorium, Bowdoin College.

Tanglefoot members are adept songwriters, offering a blend of folklore and quirky Canadiana to audiences across Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

With the recent addition of fiddler Sandra Swannell and the release of a new CD, “Dances Like Flames,” the band offers an exciting live show for newbies and die-hard fans alike.
