Carmella J. Rispoli


SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Carmella J. Rispoli, 55, formerly of Rumford, died Wednesday, April 12, in Schenectady, N.Y.

She was born in Rumford, on Dec. 10, 1950, a daughter of Peter and Muriel (Mosher) Parisi. She was a graduate of Stephens High School with the Class of 1969.

She served in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1975. She worked at Boise Cascade Paper Mill in Rumford from 1982 to 1995. She then worked at Stew Leonard’s in Danbury, Conn. as a chef and cake decorator.

She enjoyed soap and candle making and gourmet cooking. She loved the outdoors and spent many wonderful hours at the beach in Old Orchard all her life.

She was married in Rumford to Peter Rispoli, who survives, of Schenectady, N.Y. Other survivors include a daughter, Maria Sinclair and her husband, Rick, of Peru; two sisters, Mrs. Marion Goodrich and Ms. Carole Parisi of Schenectady, N.Y.; and a brother, Peter Parisi Jr. of Arlington, Va.
