Longley Elementary School and the Green Ladle Scholarship Fund. The winners were: Best Display: DaVinci’s Eatery, first; Rolly’s Diner, 2nd; Kuzzins Cove, 3rd. Best Chili, Chef’s Award: Kuzzins Cove, first; Hurricane Cafe and Deli, second; South of the Border Mexican Restaurant, third. Best Chowder, Chef’s Award: Oddfellows’ Home of Maine, first; Kuzzins Cove, second; Fish Bones American Grill, third. Best Chili, People’s Choice Award: Alabama BBQ, first; Fire House Grill, 2nd; Webster Street Deli, third. Best Chowder, People’s Choice Award: KP’s Place, first; Governor’s, second; The Village Inn, third. Best in Show: Oddfellows’ Home of Maine.
