Christopher J. ‘CJ’ Twomey
LEWISTON — Memorial services for Christopher J. “CJ” Twomey began Saturday in the front courtyard of Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, where the U.S. Air Force Honor Detail played “Taps” and presented our country’s flag to CJ’s brother, Connor, for his brother’s service to our country. Following military honors, all in attendance then rode in procession to Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish where a celebration of CJ’s life and Liturgy of the Word service were celebrated by the Rev. Nathan March.
At the beginning of church services CJ’s uncle, Brian Twomey, served as an urn bearer and CJ’s brother, Connor Twomey, served as a flag bearer. The Old Testament reading was proclaimed by family friend, John Henry Kleschinsky, and the New Testament reading was proclaimed by CJ’s aunt, Jennifer Twomey, the Prayer of the Faithful was then recited by Hallie’s best friend, Kim Marcotte, and at the conclusion of services CJ’s mom, Hallie Twomey, shared words of remembrance as to how much their son was so loved by them, and how much love CJ shared with their family as well as all who knew him. Everyone was then invited to a reception of fellowship at Davinci’s Restaurant in Lewiston. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lewiston.
