John Noah Coleman, 27, of 5 Benjamin St., Auburn, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without a license and refusing to sign a summons at 12:44 a.m. Friday at 134 Main St.
Rod Meneide, 31, of Mattapan, Mass., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 2:21 a.m. Friday at 46 College St.
Auburn
Alpay Balkir, 32, of 378 Fern St., Turner, violating a protection order at 11:14 a.m. Friday at 848 Minot Ave.
Sarah Grace Smith, 30, of 21 Darcy Drive, Lewiston, assault at 1:42 p.m. Friday at 100 Mount Auburn Ave.
Paul Joseph Chicoine, 34, of 146 Hooper Road, Greene, operating a motor vehicle while license revoked at 3:40 p.m. Friday at 100 Mount Auburn Ave.

I would disagree, most do not know that address of Walmart in Auburn. We can get there but we don't know the actual address. I for one do appreciate the fact that this violent crime took place here being pointed out. It is important to keep track of where crimes occur and if there is an unusally high frequency of crimes in an area or at a business to know and avoid that location or business. For example, if there is a very high incidence of pick pocketing or purse thefts in a particular grocery story, I would not want my wife to shop there. If there is a high incidence of sexual assaults originating at a particular mall, I would not want my daughter shopping their. Again thanks for letting us know it the crimes in the police log at were at Walmart's address.
