KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) – A U.S.-led coalition strike on a militant training facility in Afghanistan’s borderlands with Pakistan killed five senior Taliban commanders, the U.S. military said Saturday.

The military said the Taliban leaders were responsible for planting roadside bombs, but their identities weren’t released. Ground troops found weapons at the site after late Friday strike on the remote Qal’a Sak village, in Helmand Province, the military said.
