AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will present “The Awesome Living Series: Workshops to Help You Reach Your Full Potential” starting on Thursday, Feb. 1. The three-part series is $195, or $85 for each workshop.

The first, “Dream Huge” (CED 003-01), will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Feb. 1. The high energy program will challenge individuals to create a life they love.

Individuals will be challenged to create purpose, increase personal productivity and renew passion for their work. They will be challenged to dream huge, redefine their passion and to make a purposeful impact in their lives. The “Dream Huge Tools” can be implemented immediately to help individuals make changes and experience professional growth.

“Live on the Edge” (CED 004-01) will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Feb. 8. Participants will learn to implement a simple three-step process designed to help them overcome the fear of taking risks, start moving forward and examine all the possibilities.

The presentation will help individuals get more out of their current life and challenge them to grow professionally. Attendees will be motivated to discover what is possible when they live life on the edge by stepping up, stepping out and stepping off.

“U-R-AWESOME” (CCS 006-01) will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday Feb. 15. Individuals will be challenged to stop the negative and start the positive and will be inspired to make a positive impact in their personal and professional lives.

They will be inspired to implement simple, yet powerful, communication techniques. Participants will learn how to use “U-R-AWESOME! Power Tools” to build confidence, change attitudes and transform their lives.

The program will be facilitated by Michelle Neujahr. With more than a decade of experience as a national speaker, Neujahr has given more than 1,000 presentations to audiences of men and women across the country.
