Auburn police and fire vehicles lead a motorcade escorting Army policewoman Sgt. Helaina Lake, in the limousine 5th in line, as they head up Washington Street in Auburn on the way to bring her home after being seriously injured on June 20 in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan.

Army policewoman Sgt. Helaina Lake, in the limousine that was trailing several state and auburn police vehicles and an Auburn firetruck, heads up Washington Street in Auburn on the way to bring her home after being seriously injured on June 20 in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan.
