* Amanda Marie Dulac, 18, of 100 Riverside Drive, on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 5:13 a.m. Saturday at 40 Laurel Ave.

* Emily R. Rice, 22, of 1146 Main St., Lewiston, on a charge of operating under the influence, 5:23 a.m. Saturday at 1049 Washington St.

* Eddie Laverne Ringold, 45, of 64 Oxford St., Lewiston, on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release, 5:16 p.m. Saturday at 25 Main St.

Androscoggin County

* Brenda Hudon, 46, of 22 Village St., Lisbon, on charges of domestic violence assault, assault and refusal to submit to arrest, 8:13 p.m. Friday on Village Street by Lisbon police.

* Christopher Kenney, 36, of 1 Mark Drive, Lisbon Falls, on a warrant, 7:01 a.m. on Lisbon Street by Lisbon police.

Mandatory sentence!

These idiots running around our streets in possession of illegal drugs and concealed weapons should be given a mandatory 10 years in prison then 10 years probation. Period.
