Benefit for fire victims Saturday

JAY — A benefit supper is planned Saturday for family members who lost their home and belongings in an apartment house fire on Church Street last month.

The supper will be held April 6 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Route 4. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under.

Anyone wishing to volunteer may call Fern Doiron, an organizer, at 897-2782.

The family members who lived in the three-story apartment house are Eileen and Matthew Patrick, Kevin Moras and Danielle Patrick and their child, Bailey, 2 months, and Lakota Hensley and Amanda Rollins and their children Damien, 5, and Aunna, 4.
