SUV rolls over in South Paris

SOUTH PARIS — A Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Tiffany Helsel, 20, of Lewiston, rolled over on Route 119 in South Paris about 9 p.m. Sunday.

According to officer Harry Simms of the Paris Police Department, Helsel was in an area notorious for accidents when she lost control of her vehicle, rolling it onto its side.

According to Simms, Helsel was wearing her seat belt and only sustained a cut to one of her hands. She was checked at the scene and released. The vehicle is totalled.

If it's notorious....

Why doesn't the town or state do something to change the road curve or angle? Duh!!!!

Why not get people to drive the speed limit. More efective and a lot less costly. Something like Auburn's Center St.

It may be notorious for accidents, but if you're not going too fast you're not going to roll your car on a clear, dry evening.
