I was looking at the same things with memories

I graduated there...also played our Basketball games there when I was the scorekeeper/manager for the Blue Devils. Also saw the WWF matches with Chief J Strong Bull, Freddie Blassie and others.

Many Years later, We did the entire WWF headquarters in Stamford Ct, in late 80's and I met Freddie and he give me a signed autograph pic. I and my brother in law did Vince McMahon's office, and Lindas on the other opposite ends of the building, all Italian marble and black leather walls and got some nice memorabilia from him and her. Modern Acoustics was our company, where my brother in law and I hung over 700 doors and hardware, what a deal hanging 3 x 8 laminated doors each about 150 lbs each. I was the guy that finalized all of the punch list items to wrap up the job. Designed a drop dead weight pad in the gym on the second floor above the interior parking garage. Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper would work out there. Hulk would deadlift 800 lbs and drop it to where the entire building shook, that was a huge no no. So I designed using 2'' x 4' x 4' foam pads built up to 10" inch thick foam. The same foam pads we would use for concrete expansion joints at Seabrook nuclear plant . I then sandwiched each layer with 3/4 ply. Built the drop deck 12 x 12. The architect/owner housed in the same building that was Vinces old school buddy, Phil, gave me $1000 bucks cash for designing it, they loved it. Hulk Hogan was happy because when he dropped it making a thud sound, with no building shaking..
