Woman sought in theft of donation container

FARMINGTON — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman involved in a theft from a local store.

A donation container with an unknown amount of money for the Franklin County Animal Shelter in Farmington was taken Tuesday, according to a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to contact officer Mike Raymond at 778-6311.

I like donation containers

They're much preferred to being directly solicited for donations by the cashier. "No I don't have a dollar for the Special Olympics. I'm shopping at the Dollar Tree because I'm trying to save money, not give it away"

Why do stores have such crappy cameras? I would make a major investment and get high resolution cameras. I don't think you can get a positive ID with this photo.
