The person that killed two

The person that killed two people on Long Lake,Robert LaPlante, gets three years and is looking for early release.

Stun a cop you get 4 years.

wrong victim

The woman has guts picking on an adult male official. If she molested a child rather than a police officer, she'd be out in a couple of months.

Put 'em all away

Yeah, the system is unbalanced, but just because others have escaped punishment doesn't mean this loony tune should too.

judical system seems so unbalanced....

What a shameful judical system when "criminals" like Carol Murphy get sentenced to the maximum allowed under law just so the courts can say " look how well we did" and pediphiles, drug trafficers/growers, wife beaters and such always seem to get the revolving door? What about all the "real" offenders out and about in Franklin County? from what I read every day there are much bigger criminals out there in need of 3 square meals a day and I certainly hope to read about the courts prosecuting them as successfully as they did Ms. Murphy. but I will not hold my breath.  She got what was deserved but there is much better use for her cell.
