FARMINGTON — A summer party on Pismo Beach along the Sandy River early Thursday morning ended with an ambulance call and two juveniles charged with possession of alcohol by consumption.
One teen looking for his keys apparently stumbled, fell and hit his head, Farmington Police Department secretary Bonnie Pomeroy said. It was not believed to be a serious injury, she said.
NorthStar ambulance personnel and Farmington police responded to the 1:48 a.m. call and found a group of teens. Some admitted to drinking, a couple were charged and three were taken to the Franklin County Detention Center where officer Matt Brann waited with them for parents to pick them up, Pomeroy said.
