Public bath

Jose Leiva/Sun Journal

Kenny Ouellette of Lewiston uses the Court House Plaza fountains to bathe on a hot Friday morning. Ouellette said the fountains work well for that purpose but likes to alternate between the fountains at Festival Plaza in Auburn and Court House Plaza in Lewiston. Police said, while there is no law against the activity, a person caught doing so would likely be given a trespass warning. Subsequent violations would result in a trespass charge.
