Samantha Forrest, front, and Gretchen Sellegren, members of the Bates College Nordic ski team, practice their drafting skills on their daily 20-mile training run on roller skis down Central Avenue in Lewiston on Friday. The skiers said they are anxious for snow, but, for now, roller skis will have to do.
