Truck rolls in Auburn

Daryn Slover/Sun Journal

A male driver who wanted to remain anonymous said he got out of his truck and left it in drive at the Burger King on Mount Auburn Avenue in Auburn on Saturday. The truck rolled forward around 4 p.m. and broke through a wooden fence that surrounds the restaurant parking lot. The driver said he was grabbing a bite to eat before heading to the state championship hockey game between St. Dom's and Thornton Academy.
