I feel for Phil Nadeau He has put in his time, He has worked very hard for the city of Lewiston and as always he gets kicked in the teeth by a council who has made a series of blunders! I hope this sends a message to phil GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!! you deserve better

This is so typical of the way this City operates these days! No one has a clue and everyone is out for themselves Hey Ray Berube maybe we should cut down a tree in your yard and use that one to replace this one. That was a landmark in downtown New Auburn. Let's see if you can make up for it with a nice little park area, maybe the councilor can get CDBG money to build the park rather than taxpayer money! I challenge you to step to the plate! do something right for a change.

Hey teachers WAKE UP!!!! It is a different world out there. Having been through 2 layoff in the last year due to the economy and having been married to an Auburn teacher, they have no clue what it is like in the real world. They live in their own little world and really do not know what it is like outside in the working world today. They should all be happy they have a job. My EX did not really have a care in the world about the change in our economic status because she was tenured 23 years in Auburn and hey they will not lay me off. Forget the raise teachers be happy you are working get a life go to work full time and be happy you do not get laid off. All teachers do is complain that they are underpaid Poor things!

Great edetorial. I could not have said it better myself. Unfortunatly Oaks did the same thing two years ago about Hockey in Lewiston. I do not think that the man has a clue about sports to begin with He may think he does but he truly is clueless. Golf in MAine is still very strong and getting stronger. To bad the the SJ did not allow Justin Pellitier write the articl since he is an avid golfer!! Kalle Oaks get a life!!
