I had to give a UA in order to get my job and my employer has a random UA policy. I have to abide by this in order to get my money. This should be done for anyone and everyone that applies for any assistance. When you apply, you take a UA. Then you are put into a computerized system that randomly picks a percentage of people that are getting the assistance. When notified that you have been chosen, you have a certain amount of time to show up for the test. If you do not show up, your benefits are suspended. I know some people are going to argue my comment, but I think it will work. I know not everyone is on drugs but if you do not do drugs, then you have nothing to worry about.
Along with most of the suggestions below, how about also giving everyone that applies a drug test? Then Random UA's when you are on assistance? I'm sure this could save lots of money too.
Thank you Mr. Nisbet for giving to such a wonderful cause. I wish I lived cose enough to make it to your shop so I could get a tattoo from you to honor my mother that died of cancer when I was 17. I am going to make a donation to the ACS in honor of my mom and because you have inspired me. I am sorry for your loss and that you have the gene that may cause you to get cancer yourself. I have always been too chicken to have that test. I am worried that if I have the gene, that I will always be more worried about when it is going to happen, than with living my life. $500 ?!? That's it? That is why people keep commiting these crimes. They are released on a small amount of bail and by the time it goes to court, they end up getting a slap on the wrist, free to reoffend. Thank God it wasn't my child, I would have served up some "rough justice"
