This is a horrible bill. A ten year cut off on claims is so wrong. There are many that have been hurt on the job and now will be hung out to dry after a short ten year period.

So it is wrong for a company to try to make the business profitable? Why would they invest in the rink if they cant do as they see fit? They must say no to bigger leagues so the local kids can go on the ice and learn how to fight. If the Juniors need skate time I am sure you will be able to get some, but do expect the owners to try to make a buck.
And back in those days you had to do your shopping during working hours. Downtown did not want to be open when people were available for shopping (After work). Also half of the street was bars.
