at my highschool in ma. parking tags where 25 bucks each time and let me tell ya they paid! lose it the 3rd time for diciplinary reasons you dont get it back which would hardley ever happen!
these days the cell phone and texting thing are a new part of life and in my opinion they should be given that time to do it otherwise they will one way or another, might as well be their time and not on the teachers class time....

What a mistake is damn right! Those of who i spoke to about this do not want this place running as a BAR at all! This "lounge" new owners or not has been a problem and will continue to be a problem for this town and its citizens. The owners dont care about the saftey of innocent people in the way of these drunks they just want to make money...a van will do nothing but encourage them to drink knowing they have a ride home.
Who says they dont get in another car at home and drive off there after after....so stupid, get a clue!
