You apparently have never been inside a fire station. If you had. you would understand that there is alot more going on there than you think. You also don't seem very observant. If yuo were, you might have noticed that those people clearing the fire hydrants ARE firefighters. So, maybe while YOU are sitting around doing nothing, YOU could go out and clear ONE fire hydrant. It could save your house.

I don't often agree with Tron, and even more rarely respond to his comments,as he is entitled to his opinion, but I very much agree with him this time. hopefully, this comment section will stay on topic, and not become a spiteful name-calling forum.

Followed their footprints in the snow! How many times have we heard that that's how someone was found? And it still funny! Nobody ever said that thieves were rocket scientists!

I have to agree with Kevin on those two comments. Make up your minds. At least the board is doing something. Also, I'm not sure just how far it is from the top of Falls Hill to McDonald's, but I don't think it is "a lot more than two miles".

Here's a thought. Why don't you let Chelsea decide how to use the money. Let her decide what will benefit her family the most. Send condolences. Wish them well. Support them. Otherwise, mind your own business. Their finances are none of your business.

Restricting the engine brake would force the drivers to rely only on the service brakes. When the service brakes fade, the driver will be left with nothing to slow the truck before it reaches the corner at the bottom. You sound like you want to set the truckers up for failure, Kevin. Justbitching is right. If the drivers are speeding, then they should be summoned. Falls Hill is too steep for too long to restrict engine brakes. Going around the bend near the mill is a different story. Kevin, you research the chater before you make comments about that. Maybe you should research other things as thouroughly before you make comments about them.

Just let them have their fun.
Just let them have their fun. They're not breaking any laws. They're not hurting anyone. They're not causing any problems.
Here's a thought!
"Who's to blame for a 22-year-old opening fire on a crowd of people, killing six and severely injuring others, including a member of Congress?"
How about the 22-year-old? Has anyone thought that HE might be to blame?
