Wow! I couldn't believe what I was reading!!! Here we are in a depressed economy in Maine (and the nation) and there are those who want to ban the sale of bottled water to Maine State agencies, and others! Bottled water industry is a good clean business in Maine and employs several people. Who in their right mind would want to intefer in that. Yes, the environment is important and that is why we have people who have business to recycle bottles. Who wants to cut down on those good folks? Let's get real and look at more important issues than banning the sale of bottled water to State agencies. Why don't those who are supporting such a ban putting their energy into attracting more businesses to Maine so that we can reduce our under employment and unemployment situation. Thanks for reading.
I give Gov. LePage a 95 out of 100 on his agenda for the State of Maine. He is the only Governor in recent memory who is fore-sighted enough to look down the road, i.e. long range view of issues. I do not agree with everything he does but admire his courage and willingness to tackle the tough issues with reason and common sense. Maine people cannot fund every request but we can adequately support those issues which involve education, welfare reform, regulatory reform, etc. Let's give the Governor our support. Also contact your legislator; he/she can give updates on how we are coming in reigning in outlandish spending, how we are going to balance the budget. Finally, let me say it is good to have a Governor who is not worried today about his re-election but only real Maine people. I like the TEAM principle:TOGETHER EVERYONE ACCOMPLISHES MORE.

I think it is just fine. It is simple, and gives all the information needed to identify the gaming site. Bravo to the designer.
Thanks John for the great explanation. Having been in the medical field you certainly have a good handle on what has not worked and what could work.
Bernie.. we are so proud of the work you have done. We wish you all the best as you retired.

I am glad to see this plan being worked on. As a former EMT and heart patient I can see the value of going to the nearest heart center once a blocked artery has been determined via EKG.
