First of all the mother of the nine year old needs to learn how to spell, and what School gives 4 years olds A'S??????????????? My child is in 2nd grade and still gets S'S & O's. I've never heard of A's for a 4 year old!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Jellison family, and I completely understand that you will never have your son back, and will never be the same. However, it's been 4 years, and the harrassment that Kyle is receiving is ridiculous, and childish. Kyle has served his time, and the worst punishment is he has to live with this for the rest of his life. Would you feel the same way if your son would've been driving? It was accident and he was young. Let him get on with his life.
