God forbid anyone from SJ actually pay attention to a complain about their website. Do I need to file an ADA complain with your host?
I hope they'll reconsider their exceptions policy. Else they're leaving themselves open for their first chemo patient who has lost their hair.
Are they going to be able to cover it or are they looking for donations? (Not that I expect SJ to follow up on a comment/request. I'm still waiting for someone at SJ to notice that $10k Oxford County paid for a $150 video camera,)
Looks like someone didn't finish their thought up there.
"He asked his fellow citizens to do the"
And it would be nice if SJ actually gave the link instead of making folks copy and paste the url. Accessibility instead of discrimination is a plus. Kind of ironic considering the article.
I believe the word is 'never'.
"Frederic said that method has never been successful in Maine."
Makes more sense that way.
Neighbors. Give them a try. The term homeless sucks. I work with a number of groups who assist the homeless here in Charlotte and that's the term that we use.
Not that anyone ever pays any attention to these comments....
edit: PLEASE FIX THE CAPTCHA! YOU CAN NOT MIX LOWER AND UPPER CASE LETTERS! WHAT PART OF THAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND, SUN JOURNAL?
reedit: Third try
Now a days, anything under the new floor limit of $25, they don;t check that closely. Or even a signature.
I have to wonder, and the article isn't 100% clear on this, was the card actually stolen? Or was it just the number? I know I used my business debit card quite often but I use it responsibly. I wonder if this card was used somewhere it wasn't supposed to be.
As in a coin operated arcade with like Pac Man (Yes, I;m that old) games?
Can we get a clarification please?
Just curious. From reading the story, it sounds like the local police called in the county police when they detected the drugs.
Is there a reason why the local level police couldn't do the search? Or obtain the search warrant? Is it a policy concern? Procedure?
When I saw the headline, I was thinking it was just a mass break out organized by some sort of freedom animal group. Considering they took only specific dogs, sounds like it was targeted and maybe, as Henssis1 mentions, an inside job.
