give it a couple of years the US will be the same !!!!! the question in Egypt and those who in the goverment who have been so greedy as the same that has happened in cuba the question here is will they get out in time before the people overthrow the goverment like Cuba and hang those who did not get out in time throughout the country they too were living like they were above the law as judges were their bodyguards and their greed became limitless untill the the REAL LAW of the land took over THE PEOPLE then there were no prison term for so many it simply was goodbye and dont worry you cant take it with you. this is happening to Egypt and will eventualy happen here the people will eventualy say enough is enough..
Reform is needed as it is unconstitutional to force any person to buy a public product to exist this is no differant than forcing a person to buy an automobile because the automakers will suffer if we would not so arrest and fine all those who dont buy a car every 5 years, and dont think thats absured as politicians are brought everyday and are more likely to push this forwand if the price is right. NO BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF NATIONAL HEALTHCARE YOU MUST CREATE RESONABLE PAY CAPS, AND PROFIT CAPS AMD STOP THE ADS FOR MEDS WHICH IS ONLY DRIVING THE COST OF MEDS HIGHER AND HIGHER, STOP THE INSANE LAWSUITS MEDICAL CARE IS RISKY, and make it illegal for politicians to recieve funds from the medical and law firms ...oh no then they would just about be bankrupt well dont worry they will just go to the oil and gasoline companies and then we can enjoy 10.00 a gallon gas and oil prices.... WE ALL PAY FOR OUR POLITICIANS CORRUPTION!!!!
That area is a damn death trap especialy since the construction company IS FAILING TO REMOVE THE SNOW AT THE CEMENT DIVIDERS if she hit the edge of the built up ice on the bottom edge of the divider which is ice packed and is now quite easy to do it would push the car into the other lane hopefull the family can take a picture before the scene is cleaned up to hide that fact. that is a gross safety issue that could have been avoided, I am sure that with the constant use of the turning lane as a passing lane on lisbon street we will soon see a death on that street, as the city had been warned of that fact in the past, it is not a quetion of if but of when!!!! maybe it will be your son or daughter or mother or father but it will happen it was a wonder no one got killed here!! people are constatly using the turning lane as a passing lane and man that brain freeze some idiot thought of in the city department to make two lanes into one using what A BOTTLE neck oh how stupid they should have made two lanes end at the turn on westminster that would have been much better, I have had a close call or two comming into lewiston and some idiot tring to beat the one in the proper lane to the sigle lane section this system is a problem they really need to take care of with corrections and police patrols.
The picture is the the view of the bates mill falls as seen at the rear of bates mill between no. 5 and no. 1&2 mills. and there was no parking garage then so you see the building which now stands and the city spere in the background. thats my opinion anyways.
comp costs are down since 1993 when workers who got life long injuries were given a pitance to live the rest of thier life on and therefore not able to sue thier employer no matter how dangerous their workplace was, and yet the bussiness lobby wants more cuts in comp. and less safety rules, they call it a henderance, they want to be able to compete with china "man get hurt on job, man get replaced, too bad man" that is their moto and what the bussiness leaders wish to accoplish here.
And why was it not put on market since it is so prime the city just gave away what a million dollar property, and their all tapping themselfs on the back. and how much did they earn for their help in such a noble rip-off of public property??? You see I just do not understand it we have all these public works workers and vehicles to do the job and we pay them rather they are working or sitting on thier butts, and I was never so disgusted to see a city crew cheif pull up let out 3-5 guys to clean and never once did he get off his butt he just sat there in his car smoking cigs, the workers could have done the work to bring the site up enough to post it for sale. why doesnt someone check their bank accounts for large transfers or other kickbacks this just does not add up.
funny how buildings built 60-70 yrs ago fare better than those 30-40 and worse yet buildings built within the last 10 years are far worse is it because of cheap materials or are contractors actually making sure that buildings will fail in a much shorter time so they can build a new one every 10-20 years for millions???
It would be about time we start putting caps on the medical, Phamicon, and energy sectors these are the MAIN CULPRITS of our decline their greed has caused endless suffering throughout the world! It was and STILL is the ENERGY sector at fault for this economy and all they have to do is payoff a bunch of politicians to keep their wallets fatter than a pregnat heffer, they have used all the excuses in the book to try to explain the high cost and the insane PROFITS (after the multi-millions in ceo and execitves saleries) when every single one of their excused are debunked they are simply lies they should be tried for manslaughter for those who could not afford the outrageous cost of heating oil and died as a result. you ever notice that when public opinion starts to push for an investigation and jail for these scum bums the price of oil drops till all is forgiven then a short time later the prices climb further than before. Look it is about time at least one politican is grabing the bull by the horns though be assured the RNC and the DNC will quickly subdue him as politicians like that are a danger to thier cash flow!!!
