Our most famous global warming EXPERT is non other than the " founder of the internet" Al Gore. The only problem with that is, an ex is a hasbeen, and a spurt is a drip under pressure.
I'm on SS and Medicare and I still pay income taxes so I'm a "we". I served over 20 yrs in the USAF and agree that most of the elected federal reps and sens should step aside. They are with very few exceptions millionaires and completely out of touch with living in the real world.
Punishment did not fit the crime. It was a mistake not a crime. In a clear plastic bag, she was really trying to hide it. Hooray for the anti-gun crowd. There just isn't any room for common sense in our political perfect correct society nowadays.
Where do you get off blaming two Republican Senators for all of the state and federal government agencies approval of wind farms and contracts to build wind turbines all over the world. This opinion completely trashes your whole opinion of wind farms.
Many people voted on question 1 for many different reasons. The most important thing in my opinion is that the people voted, not that state government dictated what the law would be. I was prepared to accept the vote whichever way it turned out. I wonder how many on the losing side will, or will the process start all over again.
Right, we have to give these people a fair trial under our laws, so they might be released to cut off some American's head, or blow themselves up along with American servicmen. They are NOT US citizens and do not deserve the same rights we do. If we bring them into our country, they will be entitled to have family visitation which could expose our citizens to peril. If we are going to put them on trial, at least do it in place, where they are located. That way if they are convicted, they can just stay there.
The greatest thing in our counry is the freedom of choice to believe and/ or state individual opinions. What a person believes doesn't necessarily make them a "bad" person. There might have been a lot of people who voted yes on 1 that only voted that way because they rejected the state's attempt to pass a law knowing it probably wouldn't pass a popular vote. They passed the law "because they could" and the Federal government does the same thing. The checks and balances in goverment our forefathers tried to set up have been bypassed by slick politicians. Too bad we can't figure a way to have equal representation with no majority, so they would be forced to work for the benefit of the people, not their own political agendas.
