what right do they have to ask for 100 mile radius of a 'non compete' agreement?
that is the most riduculous thing I've ever heard with all this! Only public utilities get public non-compete agreements.

Why is it that Country (music) radio stations come in much clearer than other FM stations which may be much closer geographically? I can't get FOX radio in Augusta or Waterville in Western Maine.
Can't 'No I.D." who was in today's paper use her passport for ID? Isn't it accepted universally as an ID?
