Is this how Rosa is spending the 25.5 Million dollar grant she received from the Feds? Cause she certainly hasn't spent any on fixing her apartments like she was supposed to do. Next meeting will be attended by townsfolk who are going to tell Max to sit down and shut up. These people who have lived here their entire lives have no sense of what the world is really like.
