Why waste more of our money for a frivolous lawsuit that is, at best, a shot in the dark. We, the People of Paris.... ALL know the wrong that was done by the 3 Blind Mice. We lost a bundle of money because of them. I am growing more and more uncomfortable with the "well respected attorney". This is NOT a wise course to take. If we want revenge on the culprits, there are better ways that will more directly impact them than gambling on a lawsuit that may not be win-able.
Kurtz seems to be trying to run this Town based on a different set of rules and/or laws than it has been run for many years, for the most part successfully. We need to keep an eye on this one.

Their is a solution too this crunch........Bridgton hospital and rumford should be closed and focus on cmmc the larger hospital.The other 2 hospitals are small census has been low for many months,empty beds mean no money......Its the small hospitals that are losing money....shut them down and focus on the money maker(cmmc)Their are also jobs that can be cut in Bridgton...Do you really need nurse managers for the 5 units???Med surge,ob,ccu,ED,out pt...........Its a very small hospital and the thousands of dollars right there in "Nurse Managers' is thousands a yr.....ob only has 3 rms but yet you have a nurse manager for such a sm department.......They are the two hospitals that are causing the crunch....get rid of them,or,cut the nurse managers,you do not need 5 of them in such a small facility.........just a suggestion.
