I am sorry but I have to stand up and say not all pitbulls are dangerous dogs. I have friends and they own bitbulls and they are very loving dogs... Someone must have done something to that dog for it to lash out like it did. I agree it shouldve been put down the first time the dog bit someone. Yes the owner should be charged with endangerment charges knowin her dog did it once before. That lil boy didnt deserve that. I hope he makes a speedy recovery. My prayers go out to him and hope his mom is never allowed to have a dog again. Thats just being an irresponsible parent... Not only was she irresponsible but 12 yrs old is to young to babysit. You can't even take babysitting classes thru the red cross until your 14 which is legal babysitting age.. Maybe Livermore did have a teachers workshop on Monday. Sorry, I know sidney justin his mother deb his father sid and he has an older sister named karen and another brother. I think I know the family way better then u. the 17 yr old hasnt been a threat to anyone his whole life until now. he was brought up way better then that and now he just put himself in a situation he isnt gonna get out of do to the crowd he hangs with. winterbear- I know Sidney Lord personally and that thing that happened on holland street was the guy that committed suicides fault. Sidney was walking to work at 5 in the am. He was minding his own business and to turn around to have a gun in his face. I would like to know how that was his fault. I also want to say he does work for labor ready. I know him and his family personally and they are good people. Why Sidney would pull a hanous crime like this is beyond me. I also know the juvinile that was involved and it never once crossed my mind he would do something like this. No I am not gonna disclose is name but he is only 17. He is 2 days younger then my daughter and his mother is one of my best friends. I feel bad something like this happened and yes they should pay the time for doing the crime. I commend the Lewiston Police for catching them before someone else got hurt or even killed.
Ok I have to say something on this matter. My cousins daughter was at sherwood heights a couple yrs ago and was assulted by another student. The teacher said she didnt have time for her complaints. My cousin brought it to the schools attention and nothing was ever done about it. My Cousin made them have a meeting at the school administrator office and still nothing was done even though she brought in evidence that something did happen. They left the lil girl in the room right next to my cousins daughter. They wouldnt take the girl outa that class and the lil girl admitted to doing it to the school counselors which something should have been done about it right away but did nothing. Stuff like this should never be swept under the rug when a child complains and is told to go sit down cause she didnt have time for it. If I was a teacher I would've dropped everything I was doing and tend to this child. My cousins daughter has gotta live with this everyday. She was a first grader when it happened. They did nothing so my cousin took her outa school and was gonna homeschool her until walton said we will gladly take her with open arms and keep her safe from that ever happening again. At the time this happened the principal Mrs. Grondin got principal of the Year. She shoulda been stripped of that title as of the day she told my cousin that her daughter was lying and she couldnt put her in another school. Now it happens again and something is being done thats BS and I mean BS cause something should've been done a longtime ago when it happened to my cousins daughter. One more thing the cops were called and still nothing was done so where in the world is the safety for these children if even cops can't get thing done. BS BS BS

burnell says newFirst off.. I don't doubt this driver is pretty shaken by what happened. However, how Tweety can say it isn't his fault, I fail to see. His license was suspended and his car not inspected. Seems to me he had no business being behind the wheel, and the vehicle was not road worthy. Those 2 factors make it 100% his fault. If he'd obeyed the law, he would not be suffering the remorse now. Maybe another time, he'll stay off the road when he doesn't have a legal license.

Yes his girlfriends car wasnt inspected but it was registered and insured so until u can say something positive about someone keep ur opinions to urself. He was driving the speed limit. He stayed at the scene of the accident. He didnt flee like some stupid idiots out there do. Even witnesses said it wasnt his fault the boy ran out in front of him. Accidents do happen and that just happened to be a day it happened. He has to live with knowing he hit someone and he is hurting inside for that boy. We all are prayin for the boy and so is Mr. St.Peter. He was cryin the whole time he was in jail until his girlfriend could bail him out because he hit the boy. If u say he isnt saddened and remorseful for for hittin him, then what do u call it? Ya he shouldnt have been driving but this is his very 1st oas so give the guy a break.
