WILTON — The 29th annual Wilton Blueberry Festival 10K Run or Walk and Kids 1 Mile Road Race will be held on Friday, Aug. 5. Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. at Kineowatha Park.
The one-mile road race will start at 6 p.m. and is limited to all youth ages 15 and under. The 10K walk starts at 5:30 p.m. and the 10K run starts at 6:30 p.m. The cost for the 10K race and walk is $12 for preregistrations or $14 on the day of the race. The Kids 1 Mile is $10 for preregistrations or $12 on the day of the race. T-shirts will be given to those who register, while supplies last.
Prizes will be given for the top finishers in several age groups. Preregistration forms are available in the Wilton Blueberry Festival booklet available at many stores around Franklin County.
