Elisabeth Von Trapp will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Route 2, Farmington. Born and raised in Vermont, Von Trapp is the granddaughter of the legendary Maria and Baron Von Trapp whose story inspired "The Sound of Music." She will perform acoustic music including original compositions, poetry set to music, ballads of heroes and heroines and melodies of love. There will be a freewill offering.
