Odd Fellows Grand Secretary James Campbell is presenting the certificate of merit to Lawrence Wilbur.

The award was presented to him in November when Franklin Memorial Hospital hosted an annual dinner to express appreciation for all that the Odd Fellows have done for them over the years.

Many from the Odd Fellows group attended, including most, if not all, of the grand officers as well as members of the senior administration staff at FMH.

The certificate is awarded to members held in high esteem and regard for approbation (admiration) of the unremitting exertions and assiduity (great care and attention) displayed in advocating the principals and laboring for the welfare of the Odd Fellows.

Grand Master William Coulthard said Wilbur was deserving of the award because he has consistently gone above and beyond standard expectations for more than 60 years.
