GARDINER —The Open Book Players will present "How Do I Love Thee?," a cabaret-style evening of timeless songs and popular readings Saturday, Feb. 13, at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center.
This fundraiser for Johnson Hall will feature local performers, including Frank Omar and Eric Lundquist of Hallowell, Peg Acheson and Kathleen Brainerd of Gardiner, Cindy Turcotte of Bowdoin, Kenyon and Gwenyth Fraser of Litchfield, Colleen Mahan of Greene, Kathy Kauffman of Auburn, Andy Tolman of Readfield, Taylor James Crawford of Belgrade and Gabrielle Cooper of Pittston.
The cast will be accompanied by pianist Deborah Perkins of Monmouth and directed by Open Book Players Artistic Director Lucy Rioux of Gardiner.
The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10. Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling 582-7144. A variety of desserts and coffee will be available for purchase. Johnson Hall is at 280 Water St.
