BIDDEFORD, Maine (AP) - Court papers show that the 55-year-old Biddeford man charged with murder in the shooting deaths of two brothers was charged this spring with threatening to kill his lawyer and his ex-girlfriend.
Rory Holland appeared Wednesday in York County Superior Court on charges of gunning down 19-year-old Gage Greene and 21-year-old Derek Greene outside his house at 1 a.m. Tuesday.
The Portland Press Herald reported that Holland was charged with terrorizing in April for allegedly threatening to shoot his lawyer and his ex-girlfriend in the head if things didn't go his way in a civil dispute with his ex-girlfriend.
The terrorizing charge had not been resolved in court.

unkown says
It frustrates me that everyone is making these two to look so innocent, yes they shouldn't have been shot but they were gang members of the gang called ride or die. Look at their my space pages. Also why were they by the guys house to begin with. Once again they shouldn't have been shot but they weren't all innocent either!!!!
