AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Frank Achorn, 37, Thomaston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth, and criminal forfeiture of property on Nov. 24, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,500, sentenced to one year at the state prison, with all suspended, and one year probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Steve Anctil Sr., 47, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 4, 2005, found guilty, ordered to pay $5,746.59 restitution; also charged with probation violation on the Dec. 7, 2003, violating a protective order and two criminal threatening charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Judilyne Arthur, 35, Mechanic Falls, probation violation on the April 20, 2004, operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 240 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Lisa M. Bailey, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 22 forgery charge, probation continued.

Derek L. Bennett, 23, Mechanic Falls, probation violation on a Sept. 16, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Donald R. Bouthot III, 23, Lewiston, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 23, both charges dismissed.

Mary Ann Bradbury, 38, Lewiston, assault on July 9, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 77 days suspended and two years probation.

Jeffrey Bright, 21, Lewiston, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident/aggravated, and failing to make an oral or written accident report on June 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $350.

Carella F. Brooks, 43, Lewiston, probation violation on the Dec. 25, 2002, Feb. 7, 2003, and May 17, 2003, operating under the influence charges, sentenced to 58 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Patrick Caron, 27, assault on March 18, 2005, violating condition of release on April 6, 2005, and violation of a protective order from harassment on April 7, 2005, all charges filed with no cost.

Thomas A. Chapman, 21, Lewiston, obstructing government administration and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 27, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 17 operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 105 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

David A. Cressey, 46, Phippsburg, assault on Oct. 18, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Betty J. Cunningham, 42, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 14 and Dec. 16, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Gary L. Dallaire, 58, Lewiston, probation violation on an Oct. 30, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Brian Scott Day, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 6, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation.

Carolyn June Deberry, 26, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 11, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison, with all suspended, and one year probation.

Jeffrey A. Glover, 38, Auburn, robbery on Jan. 4, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to eight years at the state prison, with all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and ordered to pay $700 restitution.

Juan E. Gonzalez, 23, North Turner, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Oct. 6, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison, with all but six months suspended, and two years probation.

Mark A. Grantham, 22, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and disorderly conduct on Nov. 30, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100 and ordered to pay $110 restitution.

Eric Hafford, 25, South Gardiner, probation violation on the June 18, 2001, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to 54 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Wylie Harris, 48, Lewiston, probation violation on a Feb. 15, 1999 unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 30 days at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

John P. Hayes, 35, Lewiston, terrorizing on June 9, 2005, dismissed.

Gordon E. Higgins, 37, Sabattus, eluding an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked, criminal speed, violating condition of release, and failing to stop for an officer on April 1, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250 and sentenced to 25 days at the county jail; found guilty on third charge, fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to 25 days at the county jail for each charge.

Jeremy Isaac Hiltz, 28, Turner, misuse of identification on March 8, 2005, theft by unauthorized use of property on March 13, 2005, two counts of burglary on March 24, 2005, and two counts of burglary on March 25, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on March 13, 2005, sentenced to six months at the county jail; also charged with burglary on March 8, 2005, March 13, 2005, March 21, 2005, two counts of burglary on March 24, 2005, and theft by unauthorized taking on March 8, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 27 months at the state prison and ordered to pay $2,383.39 restitution for each charge.

Penny Jo Hudson, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 24, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jeffrey L. Hyde, 45, Waterville, probation violation on the July 20, 2004, and Aug. 17, 2004, violating condition of release charges and a Aug. 22, 2004, terrorizing charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Todd Ivan Ingalls, 39, probation violation on a Dec. 11, 2004, assault charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Maurice Joseph Jennison, 40, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 7, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Frederick A. Kelsey, 31, Greene, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 13, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison, with all but six months suspended, and two years probation.

John Allen King, 41, Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation and theft by unauthorized use of property on Nov. 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 months at the state prison on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge.

John Allen King, 41, Brunswick, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, violating condition of release, and assault on Dec. 17, all charges dismissed.

Terrance Andy King, 25, Calais, violating a protective order on April 18, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Matthew F. Kyllonen, 24, Mechanic Falls, criminal mischief on Jan. 21, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

David Michael Lagasse, 22, Lewiston, forgery on Nov. 10, 2004, and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Jan. 25, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail, with all but 21 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $500 restitution on second charge.

Chelsea D. Landry, 22, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 21, 2005, and forgery on May 22, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Janelle L. Martel, 19, Mechanic Falls, criminal mischief on April 25, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, with all suspended, ordered to pay $900.25 restitution and ordered to serve 50 hours community service.

Wallace B. McCarthy, 43, Turner, three counts of unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 15, all charges dismissed; and sexual abuse of a minor on Jan. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail, with all suspended, and one year probation.

Joseph A. McGrail, 30, Lisbon, reckless violation of a protective order and assault on Nov. 10, both charges dismissed; and violating condition of release, and violating a protective order on Dec. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail, with all but 60 days suspended, and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Joseph McNeil, 63, Roxbury, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 4, 2002, dismissed; also charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on May 4, 2002, and failure to appear after bailed on May 27, 2003, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge.

Jeremy Wayne Miller, 34, Lewiston, probation violation on the May 7, 2005, assault and terrorizing charges, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Kalvin N. Mitchell, 35, Livermore Falls, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 7, 2004, June 22, 2004, and July 15, 2004, and failure to appear after bailed on Nov. 14, all charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on June 22, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison, with all but 90 days suspended, and three years’ probation.

Jamie Brian Mondragon, 25, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and ordered to pay $18.15 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge.

Christopher James Noel, 20, Auburn, probation violation on a criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon charge, sentenced to 95 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Richard O. Leary, 42, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 1, 2001, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident/aggravated charge, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael J. Pare, 30, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 23, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail.

Justin Passalaqua, 28, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 10, 2002, burglary charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation revoked; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 25, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison, with all suspended, two years’ probation and ordered to pay $1,350 restitution.
