AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Robert O. Kilkenny, 62, Lewiston, assault on March 4, filed, fined $300.

Joseph F. Kittrell, 51, Westbrook, violating a protective order on Jan. 8, 2005, filed with no cost.

Stephen Kons, 39, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 28, 2004 reckless violation of a protective order charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Gary C. Lajoie, 52, Greene, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 6, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750 and license suspended 30 days.

Vickie G. Lajoie, 45, South Paris, operating under the influence on June 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Linsey D. Lamasters, 28, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 4, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked.

Noah Libby, 24, Auburn, two counts of possession of sexually explicit material on Jan. 21, 2003, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Michael J. Lindsey, 42, Poland, operating under the influence on Jan. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Kristopher Ludwig, 22, Bowdoinham, probation violation on a Nov. 2, 2002 aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Roland O. Martel, 75, Lewiston, unlawful sexual touching and assault on June 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Raymond G. Martin, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release, aggravated criminal trespass, assault, and criminal mischief on June 18, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Raymond G. Martin, 32, Lewiston, assault on June 18, dismissed.

Jamie A. Mason, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 6, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended 18 months.

Cory S. Mathis, 26, Lewiston, sexual abuse of a minor on April 10, 2004, April 17, 2004, June 1, 2004 and Aug. 1, 2004, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation for each charge; second and third charges dismissed.

Michael S. Matson, 34, Portland, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 28, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Marshall G. McCabe, 46, Poland, operating under the influence on April 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $750 and license suspended 90 days.

Matthew McKnight, 33, Minot, fishing without a valid license on May 2, 2005, filed with no cost.

John McLean, 55, Auburn, disorderly conduct on May 28, 2005, filed with no cost.

Ryan M. Melanson, 30, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 27, 2005, dismissed.

Shannon Patrick S. Milazzo, 21, Minot, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 21, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Donald J. Morin, 47, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 14, dismissed.

Lisa D. Ouellette, 35, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 14, 2005 and April 11, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge; also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 29, both charges dismissed.

Leo P. Palmer Jr., 37, Lewiston, protective order from harassment violation and harassment on March 22, 2005, both charges filed with no cost.

Brian S. Plourde Sr., 32, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 23, 2005, and Dec. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended one year; second charge filed, fined $600.

Chad Pomerleau, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on an April 2, 2003 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Jeannine Poulin, 41, Greene, assault on June 16, filed with no cost.

Miriam G. Prestridge, 24, Monmouth, assault on July 8, dismissed.

Jeremy P. Proctor, 20, Lewiston, two counts of criminal mischief on March 30, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and ordered to pay $1,358 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Danielle T. Ramirez, 45, Richmond, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 16, filed, fined $200.

Joshua K. Robertson, 26, Lisbon Falls, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of assault on Oct. 30, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail.

Luis E. Rodriguez, 20, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on March 19, 2005, dismissed.

Jacob L. Saliba, 22, South Freeport, disorderly conduct on March 20, filed, fined $200.

Ahmed Hussein Samater, 46, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 12, dismissed.

Stearns, 23, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender and attaching false plates on Feb. 21, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed; also charged with eluding an officer, operating after habitual offender revocation, operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer on April 4, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Patrick H. Stubbs, 21, Brownville Junction, unlawful sexual touching and refusing to sign a criminal summons on June 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Philip M. Tarmey, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 9, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

David Taylor, 43, Mechanic Falls, assault, terrorizing, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 16, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $50; also charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 19 and criminal threatening, assault and violating condition of release on Dec. 22, all charges dismissed.

Christina Thibeault, 24, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 3, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Clifford I. Veinott Sr., 43, Auburn, probation violation on a Sept. 4, 2003 unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Tonya H. Warren, 23, Sedgwick, terrorizing on March 30, 2005, dismissed.

Francis N. Waweru, 38, Worcester, Mass., operating under the influence and reckless conduct on May 20, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Andrew T. Willigar, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on April 19, 2005, both charges dismissed; also charged with assault, violating condition of release and carrying a concealed weapon on May 7, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to seven days at the county jail for each charge.

Travis J. Wilson, 22, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Frances M. Wood, 21, Atlanta, Ga., two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 19, 2005, both charges filed with no cost.

David Allen Woodford Jr., 32, South Paris, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 6, 2001, and forgery on July 10, 2001, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 75 days suspended, two years probation, and ordered to pay $1,865 restitution.
